24 January 2012 - US Ambassador Betty E. King opened our 2012 Partners Forum yesterday morning in Geneva where Ambassadors and experts had gathered to discuss Constitution-making for peace and our latest publication: Constitution-making and Reform: Options for the Process.

DG of the UN Office in Geneva, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, joined our DG Scott Weber to make the opening remarks.

Then Anthony Regan, co-author of the book, joined Ambassador Zamora from El Salvador, Dr Hottinger from the Swiss Federal Department for Foreign Affairs on the panel moderated by Swedish Ambasssador Jan Knutsson.
